What ages is BrightPlay best for?

Our play park and party packages are designed for children ages 1–9. We have a gated toddler zone perfect for ages 1–3, and larger climbing and adventure areas that older kids love. Many families host joint parties for siblings with different ages.

How far in advance should we book?

Weekend time slots typically fill 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during the school year. Weekday and early afternoon parties usually have more availability. You can view all open times instantly when you start your booking.

Can we bring our own food or cake?

You are always welcome to bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Outside food policies vary depending on your chosen package and local regulations, but we offer convenient food and dessert add-ons so you don’t have to coordinate multiple vendors.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, but you can reschedule your party with advance notice (typically 7 days or more) at no extra charge, subject to availability. Full details are provided during checkout before you confirm.

How do add-ons work with online booking?

Once you choose your date, time, and base package, we’ll show you only the add-ons that fit your age group and schedule. You can customize everything in one place, and we’ll confirm all details in your party reminder email.
